    My superior room was brand-new. Stunning very central location very close to Jean-Georges restaurant overlooking elegant rose-brick mansion lined Mount Street and a Palace and England.

    In overall, the place is exceptionally comfortable, has exceptionally friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating to every request. The location is very central. Harry's Bar with coffee & goodies is 500 feet walk away😀👍

    The service was excellent, the reception staff were excellent and in one particular case - superb! The fine dining was 1st class.

    The fact that we could only afford to stay one night and I didn't get to enjoy the spa!

    I have stayed many times at the Connaught because I find it one of the nicest places to stay in London. It is exclusive without being pompous, the location is great and the service super.

    The staff is EXCELLENT, the breakfast sensational, the location is amazing close to Berkeley Square and Mount Street as well as the shops and restaurants of Berkeley Square and Mount Street. Its rooms are modern and airy, had an absolutely amazing stay with spectacular service and lovely ambience. My second time there and would have stayed for longer.

    The only thing I didn't appreciate was that even if the hotel was generally very quiet the room door wasn't enough insulated and you can hear other room doors closing

    Beautiful hotel, grand staircase in the lobby, great location, polite staff with excellent staff, we love the Coburg bar and the rooms have everything you want including a big comfortable bed!

    Amazing anniversary surprise!

    We celebrated our 39th anniversary here, and it was just perfect! Our room had champagne and a lovely cake waiting for us. The staff were super friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was a delight, though the prices were quite steep.
